Our Writing 121 is based on the idea of a discourse community. I have noted since class began, that our dialogue seems to outlast the time we have to discuss. So, let's have more discussion via our blog site. The idea is that we can continue our discussion in a written forum. Here too, we can post our reading responses, share connections, and make comments. As this is an extension of the classroom, the same expectations exist with regard to a civil exchange of ideas. The ideas are at issue, not the people who voice them. Thanks for making this first week of class excellent.
